BFF Sunday was great!!!

BFF Sunday was great! BFF stands for Baptism, Family & Friends. BFF Sunday is our evangelistic service where we invite our family and friends to worship with us and eat with us afterward.

BFF Invite back and front - This was done on different brightly colored sheets of cardstock.

This service is part of our Operation Andrew evangelistic thrust to win souls to the Lord and see the fulfillment of His desire that His house be filled. 6 weeks prior to the service Operation Andrew cards are given out and members are asked to list the names of family and friends that they are committing to pray for and minister to over the 6 weeks culminating in an invitation to the BFF Sunday service. It was our first and it was a great success. We had over 25 guests.

Sis. Nickisha Leatham & Sis. Debra Jean Jacques organized the food and decorations wonderfully. They had two or three persons volunteer to cook each of the different dishes on menu. They had t-shirts made (seen in the first picture above) for the servers. The Usher Ministry and others assisted with getting the church set up on Saturday night.

We sang evangelistic songs and our Senior pastor, Pastor Valerie preached an evangelistic message. 5 decisions for Christ. Alleluia!!! Even if it was only 1 decision it would have been worth it. One soul is so precious in God's sight. Angels were rejoicing with us on Sunday.

For hygiene the servers had head coverings and mouth coverings as they served the food. We treated our guests with honor by letting them get their food served first and then us the members.

We thank God for what He is doing in our midst. May God continue to be glorified and draw men and women, boys and girls to Himself.
