What's That Noise In The Church?

Pounding. Deafening noise. Yep. Dust, hammers, cutlasses, drills, demolition. All that at church yes and more. A new look is coming soon. We have started renovations on our current church building. Excitement is in the air. Men, women, boys and all are turning out to help. Many hands make light work. Here are a few pics to whet your appetite. Enjoy!

Kingdom Fellowship

We're all about kingdom building here at the MPPC - Morne Prosper Pentecostal Church in case you were wondering :)

We don't stay in our little corner and leave you in yours. We travel to fellowship. We travel to evangelize. We travel to worship together. And travel is what we did on the first Sunday in April. We traveled from our location in the South West of the island to the South East of the island. The drive is over an hour through mountains and valleys and winding roads. Nature abundant everywhere. We went to be part of the celebration of the Grandfond Pentecostal Church Anniversary at their invitation. Grandfond is what we would call countryside. Our church is located closer to town. So it was quite a drive but quite worth it.

Great times of worship and swallowship afterward. Pics for you to enjoy!

Swallowship Time!

Bet you didn't know such a thing existed! Swallowship is a termed coined by Pastor Dolph as fellowship and eating(i.e. swallowing) together. So that's what we did on Resurrection Sunday this year. We bring out lunches and lay them out. Everyone gets a chance to taste someone else's cooking. Fun. We had music, dancing, laughter and of course eating!

Pics for your pleasure. Enjoy!
